Boys & Girls Choir Rehearsals

The Boys & Girls Choir rehearses on Sunday mornings from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Beyond singing, this group teaches the children what it means to be a chorister in the Anglican tradition. They rely on using Christian hymns and prayers to teach children how music can be an offering to God in our liturgy. Children ages 4 and up are invited to join. If you have any questions or are interested in your children joining the Junior Choir, please contact Dr. Anthony Baron in the Church office at 772-567-1146 or through email at abaron@trinityvero.org.

Trinity’s Youth Group

Trinity offers a Youth Group for young adults, grades 6 through 12. The Youth Group meets on the second and fourth Sundays of the month from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. The youth have dinner, play games, and have Biblical discussions.

Trinity’s youth group is engaging and Christ-centered, focused on imparting the love and knowledge of God. We use games and discussion-based teaching to serve our students. Our prayerful desire is for our students to then take the Good News of the Gospel and introduce it to their communities. We welcome all Middle and High School youth, from those who are merely curious about God to those who have a full-fledged desire to follow him. If you have any questions, please contact Fr. Josh Gritter in the Church office at 772-567-1146 or through email at jgritter@trinityvero.org.

Coffee Hour Host

The Coffee Hour Sign-up sheet is located on the bulletin board in the Narthex of the Church and in the Parish Hall. Please take a moment to sign up for a Sunday or two of your choice to provide the treats. They can be homemade, or store bought: a batch of cookies, coffee cake, crackers, etc. On Sunday, bring your treats to the Parish Hall kitchen and they will be set out at the proper time for you. Your fellow parishioners will thank you. Don and Sheryl Herrema are our hosts for this weekend’s Coffee Hour. If you have any questions regarding signing up for Coffee Hour, what or how much to bring, please contact Kathy Rodriguez in the Church office at 772-567-1146 or through email at krodriguez@trinityvero.org.

Altar Flower Donations

Flowers for the Altar in the Church and Chapel can be donated “In Memory of” or “In Thanksgiving for” a loved one on any given Sunday of the year (except during Lent and Advent.)  If you are interested in donating Altar flowers, please sign up on the board in the back of the Church or contact Kathy Rodriguez in the office at 772-567-1146 or through email at krodriguez@TrinityVero.org.

Prayer Requests

If you have a friend or a loved one that you would like to be prayed for by the Daughters of the King, please complete a Friendship Form that is in the pews in the Church and Chapel and place it in the collection plate during the service.  The person requested will remain on the Daughters of the King prayer list for 2 weeks, unless otherwise indicated.  You can also call the Church office at 772-567-1146 or email Kathy Rodriguez at krodriguez@trinityvero.org to have someone put on the prayer list.

Pastoral Care

Father Rodriguez brings Holy Communion to our sick and shut-ins. We also have a team of people who visit the Indian River Medical Center on a weekly basis for prayer and pastoral support. If you or someone you know needs Pastoral Care, please call the office at 772-567-1146. If your call is during normal office hours, your call will be answered by the office staff and you will be directed to Fr. Rodriguez. If your call is after office hours, please press ‘1’ at main menu on the phone system and you will be connected to Fr. Rodriguez’ cell phone.

Please note that the office will be using your Vero Beach mailing address for church mailings, unless notified otherwise. The office frequently has mail returned with messages stating, “Unable to forward, Return to sender” etc. If you would like the Church to use another address during different times of the year, please email Michele Hanlon at mhanlon@trinityvero.org. Please let us know a start date and an end date for the other address.
