From I-95: Exit I-95 onto Route 60 EAST, stay on Route 60 and then turn LEFT onto 14th Avenue. Go to the traffic light on the corner of 14th and 23rd Streets. Turn RIGHT onto 23rd Street, go over the Railroad tracks and cross U.S.1.  Once you cross over U.S. 1, the street name changes to Royal Palm Blvd. Go four blocks on Royal Palm Blvd and turn LEFT onto Pine Avenue.

From U.S. 1: Take U.S. 1 to the corner of U.S. 1 and 23rd Street. Turn EAST onto Royal Palm Boulevard. Go four blocks on Royal Palm Blvd and turn LEFT onto Pine Avenue.
